Purchase Fees

Total Fee: 1% of purchase price
Registration Fee: £500 (which is deducted from final fee)
Payable: On registration, before search commences
Search length: 6 months (Any renewal fees are also deducted from final fee)
Final Fee: Balance of 1% of the purchase price
Payable: Upon Completion or 28 days after exchange of contracts, whichever sooner

Rental Fees

Total fee: equivalent to one months’ rent
Registration: £250, balance on signing tenancy agreement

Overseeing Sales/ Negotiation Only

Terms and fees are set on an individual basis, and payable on completion or 28 days after
exchange of contracts.
